"Do I need a vehicle to be an agent?"

NO! While it could helpful to have car or motorbike as an agent, you could use public transport (taxi or trotro) to fulfill your errands.
NB: Some errands are only within a walking distance.

"I want to be an Agent. How do I get started?"

Create an account on the Agent App, upload your Ghana Card and profile picture for verification. Remember, the name on your Ghana Card must match your account name and your profile image must be a photo of you.

"How safe is it to deal with Qwiqli Agents?"

All agents on the Qwiqli platform are thoroughly verified. Hence, you should feel safe and comfortable when dealing with Qwiqli Agents.

"What happens if the agent fails to deliver after I make payment."

Agents only get paid after fulfilling errands. In a case where your errand is not fulfilled, you would receive a refund.
