Start here.
Go to the Google PlayStore or the Apple AppStore and download the Qwiqli Agent app. Spend a few minutes to register. Begin by providing your email, phone number and setting your password. To protect others from tracking your activity, we have excluded social login for now. Download the app via any of the links below.
Step 2.
After signing up, you will receive a One Time Pin (OTP) to verify your phone number. This way, Qwiqli and customers can reach you should the need arise. Change your profile picture - in "My Account" - to a recent photo of yourself. Note that this photo is used in the verification process. Proceed to the next to submit the required documents.
Step 3.
Next is identification and verification. Click on upload documents on the app and enter your Ghana Card number. Also, upload photos of both the front and back of the Ghana card. For verification purposes, ensure the photo on your profile is an actual photo of you. This step is for the security of both you and clients. Without this step you cannot be activated for the service.
Step 4.
On the home screen, you’ll see a list of requests near you. Once your account is activated, you can tap on each to see the details of each request and how much the customer is offering. On the same screen, you can submit a proposal, accepting the client's offer, or with a counter offer for their consideration. Basically, set your own charges and send them out.
Step 5.
Now you can see approved proposals and start running errands. Each errand has details with what the instructions are and the errand route. Don’t worry we thought through everything. We have also made it very easy for you to access Google Maps navigation with a single tap. We also provided you with options to communicate directly with the client via an in-app chat or a phone call, in case you need clarification on any of the details.
Finally.
Now comes the best part, you've worked hard; it's time to cash out. Never lose sight of your earnings. You see it right from the home screen. When ready, cash out to your preferred mobile money wallet from the "Funds and Withdrawals" section. Happy Earnings, Boss!
